Thank you for supporting Wyld Heart Ceramics! We know you're excited to receive your handmade ceramic piece, and we work hard to get it to you safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

πŸ“¦ Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
  • Pre-orders: Processing time varies by collection and will be communicated at time of purchase
  • Custom/Commission work: 6-8 weeks from design approval, plus shipping time

Processing times do not include shipping transit time. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 5-7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (USPS): 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping (UPS): 1-2 business days

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic (US): We ship to all 50 states
  • International: Currently not available. Please check back or email us at wyldheartla@gmail.com if you're interested in international shipping

πŸ›‘οΈ Insurance & Signature Confirmation

  • Orders over $300 automatically include full insurance coverage and signature confirmation at no extra cost
  • For orders under $300, insurance can be added at checkout (highly recommended for fragile ceramics)

πŸ“ Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at wyldheartla@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

πŸ“¬ P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only. Signature confirmation cannot be applied to P.O. Box deliveries.

Every piece is carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials to ensure safe arrival. We use recycled and eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

πŸ” Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Updates as your package moves through the carrier network
  • Delivery confirmation when your package arrives

⏰ Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays or peak shipping periods
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Recipient unavailability for signature confirmation

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

However, we're here to help:

  • We'll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed
  • For insured orders, we'll work with you through the claims process
  • We recommend adding insurance at checkout for valuable items

🏠 Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Look around your property (sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots)
  3. Wait 24 hoursβ€”sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery
  4. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If your package still cannot be located after these steps, email us at wyldheartla@gmail.com and we'll help you file a claim.

πŸ’” Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all original packaging
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Email us within 3 days of delivery at wyldheartla@gmail.com with your order number and photos

🎁 Multiple Items or Recipients

  • Multiple items in one order: Will ship together unless otherwise requested
  • Gifts to different addresses: Please place separate orders for each shipping address
  • Gift messages: Add a note at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card (no receipt included)
