Refund policy

Thank you so much for supporting Wyld Heart Ceramics! Each piece in our shop is handmade with love, care, and intention. Because of the nature of small-batch ceramics, slight variations in size, shape, and glaze are part of what make each item unique—and beautiful.

With that in mind, here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

💫 All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

📅 Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
We offer limited pre-order opportunities throughout the year for special collections and drops. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Pre-orders are non-refundable once production has begun. You'll receive updates on your piece's progress and an estimated ship date at the time of purchase.

🎨 Custom & Commission Work
Custom pieces and commissions are non-refundable once you've approved the design concept and production has begun. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start all custom work.

📦 Damaged in Transit?
We take great care in packing your order, but sometimes the postal gods have other plans. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Email us within 3 days of delivery at wyldheartla@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We'll assess the damage and either issue a refund or replace the item if possible

Please keep all original packaging until we've resolved your claim.

🛡️ High-Value Items
Orders over $300 automatically include signature confirmation and full insurance coverage at no extra cost to you. We've got your investment protected.

❗Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Please note: once a package leaves our studio and is scanned by the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

🔁 Exchanges
Because each item is handmade and inventory is limited, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if you received the wrong item by mistake, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
